Wholesale Customers or Pre-paid Orders
We deal primarily with wholesale customers. However, we will gladly assist our retail customers on a pre-paid basis. Simply email or call us with your order details, and we will assist you in this process.


Telephone Orders
Call anytime! If we are away from the office, we will return your call promptly. We want to address any details that would apply to your order so that we can avoid any delays in sending out your merchandise. We will discuss any costs associated with your order as well as when you can expect delivery. Please note that all fabrics listed are subject to availability.

Shipping Information
We will send your order the most inexpensive way possible, without causing you delays. In the U.S. we will use USPS 2-day or UPS (whichever is your best option). We welcome orders outside the U.S. and will discuss shipping costs based on your order. (Minimum $4.00 charge on all orders.) If in stock, your order should ship within three business days (most often via UPS). However, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If placing custom order, we will discuss the time frame needed to process your order.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any Dancing Fountain Designs® product, we would gladly offer a refund or credit as long as the item is in undamaged, unwashed condition and in its original packaging. Just mail the merchandise back with a note of explanation, returning it to us within 30 days of purchase. Please indicate if you prefer a refund, exchange or credit. No refunds on special orders unless it is our mistake. We regret we cannot refund shipping charges unless the problem was due to our error.
